Stella LIU has over 20 years of working experience with private sector, startups, multinational company, business school and NGO. Stella is the president of Aluumni & Co., a business consulting firm, based in Austin Texas, serve globally. She assuming the leadership to work with the companies for develop the strategic partnership and raising capital in the field of advanced technology, automobility, healthcare, energy, education, and spots development.

Stella’s prior worked as CEO of U.S.-China Innovation Alliance, in Houston Texas. It provided over hundreds of startups to engaging and executed their business with investors, partners, incubators, and professional service firms in the U.S and overseas. She also worked nine years with IBM as the chief external affairs for IBM Greater China Group. She managed special project breakthroughs and led IBM negotiations with the government for policy issues and risk management.

Stella has lived and worked in the U.S. and China, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Stella earned master’s in political economy from China’s Academy of Social Sciences in Guangzhou, China. 

Gino specializes in business-oriented public and corporate relations. CEO of Altus Global Network, an organization dedicated to creating a Tier One global business network with headquarters in Dubai UAE. Through Altus, Gino directs projects with world-class entities such as DP World, DMCC, and the Embassy of Mexico in UAE, among other organizations. 

He is also CEO of "SomosDubai" investment-based wealth management company in Dubai.

In 2020, Gino was appointed as Business Director for Mexican Pavilion at World Expo Dubai 2020.

Gino served as Vice President of the Manufacturing Industry Confederation (CONCAMIN) for North America. Prior to this role, he spent 12 years as Executive Director for CANACINTRA US and as Former Deputy Director of Public Affairs for the State of Mexico office in Houston, Texas.

Gino was born in Cordoba, Veracruz, Mexico, and holds a master’s degree in international business.

David Duan as more than 20 years experience in manufacture and information technology, focusing on manufacturing, product development, supply chain management, industry 4.0, information management, project management etc. was working for three 500 fortune companies (Ford Motor Company, IBM and Bombardier Aerospace) as a senior manager/director since early 2002.

Familiar with the working process and management system of big global enterprise

JC has a nearly a 20-year career in the field of business diplomacy. He has worked in Mexican and North American government agencies, private companies, and privately invested companies. Mr.JC has extensive experience in cross-border operations in North America and Europe, especially in business areas at investment strategy and digital transformation. JC also worked at the Department of Commerce at the U. S. Embassy in Mexico City, driving the expansion of technology and telecommunications in Mexico. He also serves as a trade, business and regulatory adviser in the Ambassador's office, coordinating the communication and cooperation of Mexican government agencies, universities, chambers of commerce and trade associations in North America. JC was also a project judge for Chile and Peru entrepreneurs.

JC lived and work both in south california, Texas in the U.S. and Mexico. He holds master's degree in information system innovation management from London School of Economics (LSE), PhD in IT Management from Mexican Autonomous Institute of Technology (ITAM).
